Maggie's Bio:

I believe that living a healthy and fit life is essential. My goal is to encourage you to be healthy, happy, and feel great! The principles of health and fitness are simple, but most people are confused about exactly what it takes to achieve their goals. My primary mission is to educate you about exercise, core strength, balance, and nutrition, so you live each day strong, confident, and healthy. This focus fulfills my secondary mission which is to help you increase your energy, motivation, and confidence; also to decrease the stress, fatigue and guilt associated with not taking care of yourself the best way possible.

I firmly believe when you feel fit you can accomplish any goal you set! Don’t just watch your life go by; live every day empowered, and conquer every challenge you face.

You only live life once – love, rejoice, thrive, and be the best you can possibly be.

Maggie’s strengths include developing customized programs for novices, individuals with specific goals such as losing body fat, toning or increasing muscular strength and endurance. She also enjoys creating fun and safe programs the mature adult, and individuals with debilitating diseases or injuries, and helps them develop realistic fitness goals life. Maggie can help anyone feel relaxed, while working harder than they think they can. Exercise with Maggie and it will be the best part of your day.
