Focus Fitness partnered with www.KoShoPantano to create a open and inviting studio where fitness happens in a fun, motivating and inspired environment.

We designed the studio to be welcoming as a home gym but is well equipped with the best functional training equipment available. In fact, Focus Fitness exclusively offers the CorePole training system. (No, it's not what you're thinking!)

The space is uncluttered and bright, drawing from the design aesthetic of the Far East.

The colors are energizing and calming; you will feel the balance. The music is motivating but not intrusive.

It's all part of our philosophy that fitness is for everyone, is holistic and builds from within.
